Delivering his address to a tri-service cohort comprising tactical commanders from the Indian Army, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), and officers from Friendly Foreign Countries (FFCs), Lt Gen Chandpuria articulated India’s vision of a shared global destiny amidst a highly dynamic and challenging security landscape.

Addressing the field commanders as ‘Cutting-Edge Leaders,’ Lt Gen Chandpuria urged them to take proactive ownership of the Armed Forces’ ongoing operational metamorphosis. He called for a shift toward an integrated, tech-empowered, and future-ready combat force capable of navigating complex modern conflict zones.
